Annabelle at Etsy

For the past few years I have gotten into a habit of falling in love with a specific chain and pendant and as a result I end up wearing it everyday. I usually become attached to it  and wear it until it breaks or I lose it. Well, this dilemma has recently come upon me as I lost my favorite Pyrrah pendant while I was out for my morning run and I have been missing it so. I have been trying to decide if I should buy another Pyrrah or just buy a different necklace all together. 


Nevertheless, I have been searching the web for a replacement peice and I came up with these lovely pieces at BrideBlu on etsy!! They are Aren't they pretty??

Adeline Adeline Bicycles

I am sure that by now, most of my readers have figured out that I have a love for beautiful bikes. I came across another great line of bikes called Adeline Adeline which, as their slogan suggests, "is a very nice bike shop." I can just picture myself riding down the streets of Paris on this bike - maybe one day!!

Enjoying the Beach

Do you have any plans for the upcoming weekend?? Dominic and I will here in Mexico enjoying the beach, the sun and of course some margaritas. We have to think about heading home soon so we will be taking every last bit in!!

Save the Turtles!

Six of the seven seas turtles in the world are from Mexico and most are  endangered. While the sea turtles spend most of their lives in the sea, they are born on the beach. The mothers can lay their eggs in the same spot as they were born and they can lay up to 200 eggs in each nest which need to be incubated for a period of 45 to 52 days. 

Due to many of the Mexican beaches becoming populated with people, the turtle nests are being destroyed and the baby turtles are not surviving. There are now some initiatives put in place to guard the nests for incubation period and make sure that they get back safely to the water. 

The beach that we were staying on had tons of turtle nests and there were people watching the nests making sure that the baby turtles would get back to the ocean safely. They let me pick one up which was pretty exciting. I hope these turtles make it!!

Beautiful Blue Boats

I thought you might enjoy this photo I took at the beach in a little fishing village. I love the colors in the photo, so bright and brilliant that you can't help but smile. If some day I ever have a house I think I will decorate a room around this photo!!
