Scarlett Johansson dating Sean Penn?

The 26-year-old actress is said to be “smitten” with the 50-year-old actor after hooking up with him in January while she was staying at Los Angeles’ Chateau Marmont hotel while she filmed ‘We Bought a Zoo’ with Matt Damon.

A source told the new issue of Us Weekly magazine: "Their first hook-up was in Scarlett's Bungalow. she is smitten with him."

Scarlett – who split from husband Ryan Reynolds in December after two years of marriage – and Sean began their friendship when she was planning to fly out to Haiti to help people affected by the two earthquakes in January 2010.

The source added: "Scarlett first reached out to Sean when she was planning to visit Haiti with Oxfam. she knew Sean was living there in a tent and turned to him for advice."

Although she didn’t end up going on the trip she and the ‘Milk’ star – who is spending most of his free time on the Caribbean island, where he has been undertaking charity work since the disaster – are said to have developed feelings for each other.

Sean was previously married to Madonna, while his divorce from actress Robin Wright – mother of his two children Dylan, 19, and Hopper, 17 – was finalised in July after 14 years of marriage.

Costumed and bespectacled or not, Scarlett, 24, prefers to keep a Grand Canyon-size divide between her personal and professional lives. She rarely comments on her romantic relationships (including her marriage to actor Ryan Reynolds in September) and doesn't sashay down a red carpet unless she has to. There is one man, however, who has won her public affection: President-elect Barack Obama. "I'm absolutely over the moon," she says of his victory, with the broadest of smiles. "If I'm invited to the inaugural party, I'll be there in a giant gown with the Obama family silk-screened on it."

Having announced her support early on, Scarlett quietly campaigned for Obama for 16 months leading up to the November election. She traveled to the swing state of Ohio the week before Election Day and made calls to undecided voters.

As with any true politico, her foray into that arena wasn't without consequences. It has been well documented that last year, when she gave an interview and revealed that she had received an e-mail from the future president thanking her for her efforts, it caused a big brouhaha. (Her point was that during his grassroots campaign, Obama called even those who had given small donations to personally thank them.) "And then, the title of the article was 'Actress Has a Crush on Obama,'" says Scarlett, exasperated. "Talk about sexist. If I were George Clooney, they would never have written that. I was obviously in a relationship, and people were like, 'How dare she try to break up his marriage with Michelle?' I was like, What the hell is going on? And then he released the statement — his camp had to; they're on a 24-hour news cycle and have to quell anything that comes in that is questionable. I was really mortified, but I learned my lesson."

She’s one of the leading actresses in Hollywood these days, and now Scarlett Johansson has been named as the GQ magazine Babe of the Year.

The “Valentine’s Day” hottie was doted the honor as the men’s magazine's top lady in what's their 15th year of dishing out the awards.

In an interview with GQ, ScarJo told, "I'm still trying to figure out what to do when I'm not making movies. I just don't do that many things."

Aside from her GQ honor, Johannson recently hosted “Saturday Night Live” marking her third time as the special guest on the comedic late night show.

Scarlett Johansson Isn’t Going Nude

Scarlett Johansson is insisting on a no-nudity clause in all her movie contracts. The curvaceous 22-year-old is determined to be seen as a serious actress and now won’t commit to any role without the clause.
A source is quoted by Britain’s Daily Express newspaper as saying: “Scarlett is still very young and is aware the roles she takes are going to set out where her career as an actress takes her in the future.
“She doesn’t want to fall into being too controversial or too trashy so nude scenes are out for now.”
