There's still time people! Though the sun has started to rear it's head, we can still get a few good weeks of body toning exercise in before our summer vacay. With obesity among African American women at an all time high, there's no excuse for not squeezing in 3 half an hour workouts into your week. To brighten up a mundane workout session you can do at least one of two things: 1.) find something active that you love doing and doesn't feel like exercise (salsa, hip hop aerobics, yoga); 2.) look fabulous doing it! She tries bless her, but it never quite works out... I watched this ceremony last night and these pics make Venus look much better then what she actually looked like live on television! I'm going to give her a 'Nay,' but with an 'A' for effort!

I've always wanted a lace dress, but finding one that doesn't look like something your grandmother would wear has proven challenging! The key perhaps is to wear only a little, like the ladies above who restrict themselves to just splashes of the material. If dresses aren't your thing try a skirt like Thandie Newton... So don't confine lace to just your lingerie, it's too sexy for just your man to see!

The ESPY Awards took place last night at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, CA. Everyone looked great bar Venus, but that is fast becoming a rule and not an acception!
